Hello! Kumusta?

A Filipina woman with black hair sitting on a couch, smiling, holding a book titled 'Anam Cara: A Book of Celtic Wisdom' in a cozy, well-decorated room.

I'm honored that you've found your way here. Maligayang pagdating. Tuloy po kayo!

I am a Filipina bilingual therapist offering trauma-focused individual therapy virtually throughout California. I provide sessions in English and Tagalog.

My mission is to facilitate deep, personal healing that ripples outward, transforming individuals into agents of connection and support in their families and communities.

If you’re ready to heal, I’m here to help. Kung handa ka nang maghilom, handa akong tumulong.

“May all that is unlived in you blossom into a future graced with love.” — John O’ Donahue

Who I Work With

My door is open to all, but my work often resonates most deeply with those who see their own stories reflected in these experiences. We might be a good fit if:

  • You identify as Filipino/a/x or Asian-American, seeking to understand the quiet weight of intergenerational patterns and cultural expectations.

  • You are Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color (BIPOC) searching for a therapeutic space where you don't have to constantly explain yourself.

  • You identify as a highly sensitive person (HSP), seeking an embodied, reciprocal partnership with the more-than-human world, recognizing that the land can be an ally in processing burnout, trauma, and grief.

  • You are a survivor of complex trauma or intimate partner violence looking for a safe, compassionate space to heal from the past without judgment.

  • You are feeling exhausted, burnt out, or weighed down by compassion fatigue from navigating demanding systems—whether at work or in life.

Holistic trauma care for Filipino, Asian American, and BIPOC communities through EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT, and Somatic Ecotherapy.

Virtual Individual Therapy

Virtual sessions provide a flexible option for those seeking support from the comfort and privacy of their own environment. I use a secure and simple-to-use, confidential video platform that allows you to receive support from anywhere in California.

I accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and Carelon for telehealth sessions. Out-of-network clients can request a superbill for potential reimbursement and a limited number of sliding scale spots are available. If cost is a barrier, please bring it up during your consultation.

Somatic Ecotherapy

Somatic Ecotherapy sessions are beneficial for those navigating burnout, trauma, grief, or disconnection from self and others. By engaging nature as an ally in the healing process, we move past purely cognitive processing and into a reciprocal relationship of co-regulation. If you are seeking a more dynamic and embodied approach to therapy, this option may be for you. Ecotherapy can be done virtually or outdoors. Private pay only.
