I am a Filipina bilingual therapist offering trauma-focused individual therapy virtually throughout California. I provide sessions in English and Tagalog.

My mission is to facilitate deep, personal healing that ripples outward, transforming individuals into agents of connection and support in their families and communities.

My Specialization

I provide trauma-focused care using an integration of evidence-based approaches to therapy and have significant training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), somatic, family systems, and attachment-focused therapies.

My door is open to all, but my work often resonates most deeply with those who see their own stories reflected in these experiences. We might be a good fit if you are:

  • A member of the Filipino/a/x or Asian-American community, seeking to understand the quiet weight of intergenerational patterns and cultural expectations. Together, we can explore how these experiences have shaped you, creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.

  • Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color (BIPOC) searching for a therapeutic space where you don't have to constantly explain yourself. I bring my own lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges of systemic oppression and acculturation to our work together.

  • A survivor of complex trauma or intimate partner violence looking for a safe, compassionate space to heal from the past without judgment. Your story and your pace are honored here.

  • Feeling exhausted, burnt out, or weighed down by compassion fatigue from navigating demanding systems—whether at work or in life. I understand the toll this takes and can help you find a path back to yourself.

Individual Therapy (Virtual)

Engaging in therapy from a familiar setting can help you feel more relaxed and open, allowing our work to deepen. Virtual sessions provide a flexible option for those seeking support from the comfort and privacy of their own environment. I use a secure and simple-to-use, confidential video platform that allows you to receive support from anywhere in California.

50-minute online session: $200

Outdoors Walk & Talk Therapy*

Experience therapy in a different way. “Walk and talk" sessions invite us to step outside the four walls of an office and into the healing presence of nature. As we walk together, the gentle movement and natural environment can help deepen our conversation and unlock new perspectives. If you are seeking a more dynamic and embodied approach to your personal growth, this path may be for you.

45-minute walk & talk session: $185

*I have a waitlist. This will be available Spring of 2026.

Group Therapy (Virtual)

I co-facilitate a structured Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group designed to help you manage intense emotions, difficult relationships, and stressful situations. We use evidence-based structure and principles of DBT to help you balance acceptance of reality and make positive changes.

90-minute weekly session: $75 per session
